In the context of this challenge, Tamara Arroyo has produced Legázpolis, a work in progress which looks at the district of Legazpi and reveals a particular 'wonderland' in which fanciful landscapes can be inhabited and of which a new map can be drawn.
This virtual tour is inaugurated by a titled installation The Strip of Delights, which can be visited until December in Intermediæ's warehouse.
Biography
Tamara Arroyo (Madrid, 1972) has realized numerous collective and individual exhibitions, emphasizing her participation in Servant 02 or Miestrastanto. Generation has obtained several prizes and scholarships, between them the 'I Premio City of Palm' (2005) or the scholarship 2003. In 2007 she participate in the young project artists PILOT 03 in the Biennial of Venice.
