This group show draws its name from the festival created in 2000 by Juan Luis Cano and Guillermo Fesser (the comedy duo "Gomaespuma") in order to bring all sorts of flamenco to the public in Beijing. In order to do so, the show has an exceptional selection of between sixty and eighty photographs by artists such as José María Díaz-Maroto, a photographer identified with everyday reporting and his series Retratos Ambientados (Portraits in Settings); Francisco Manzano, known for his collection Caballeros Flamencos (Gentlemen of Flamenco), which stems from thirty years' experience as a photographer; Shin Yamazawa and his Miradas del Alma (The Soul's Gaze) seen through the eyes of another culture; Jorge Sánchez Fontaneda, a non-professional photographer who has nevertheless shown numerous pieces of famous artists; Carlos Azorín and Joan Tomas.

The show began with a special edition of Gomaespuma's Flamenco for Everyone Festival -the first ever to be held outside Spain- which offered a week's worth of the finest of Flamenco playing, singing and dancing along with a broad spectrum of activities including performances by the Gerardo Núñez Quintet, Ezequiel Benítez, Paco del Pozo and Carmen Cortés, as well as conferences by Juan Verdú, the festival's artistic director; Juan Luis Cano, director of the program Gomaespuma; and the guitarist Félix grande, along with the "El Cepillo" percussion workshop, Salva del Real's guitar workshop, and a workshop for children by Silvia Marín's "El Flamenco Vive" company.
